Acquiring funds to construct the Papageno House will start as soon as the declaration of intent has been signed with the Vivium Zorggroep (health care group). If the renovation of Villa Dennenoord starts in mid 2012, to enable the House to be completed at the same time as the care homes, a lot more money is needed. It is not yet clear exactly how much money is involved in the purchase, the renovation and structural alterations, but expectations are that this will be in the region of 3.5 to 4 million Euros, and that is a lot of money. The fund-raising will focus on donators, large and smaller funds, activities arranged by Papageno itself and others, and everything that is necessary in order to collect the money required to be able to welcome the first residents and guests to the Papageno House during the 2nd half of 2013.
