The intention is that the Papageno House will be located in the current Villa Dennenoord, at the Stichtse Hof (nursing home) site of the Vivium Zorggroep (health care group) at Naarderstraat in Laren. This purchase has already been worked towards for the past one or two years, but progress is starting to be made and the intention is that very soon a declaration of intent will be signed by owner Vivium and the Papageno House Foundation. Following on naturally from that there will then be a provisional purchase contract and finally a purchase contract.

At the same time as the renovation and modification of Villa Dennenoord into the Papageno House, 30 care homes will be built on the same site. The agreement is that both projects will be completed at the same time, but that requires, of course, quite a bit of coordination.
