Young people with autism will live at the Papageno House. Here, they will be taught how to live independently. This will give them the opportunity to have a normal ‘housing career’ from home at the Papageno House, to their own home.

This will ensure that young people with autism, who have the prospect of independent living, do not automatically go to an institution, but develop the required skills in this way. Of course, the residents will be involved in all (musical) activities in the House. The House will have 12 rooms on the first and second floors.

Lodging in rooms in the Papageno House will form part of a pilot study, which will hopefully give rise to the establishment of more similar facilities for independent living for young people with autism.
