For quite some time, the Papageno Foundation has worked on the development of the so-called Papageno House. The Papageno House will be a lively but peaceful centre where young people with autism will be assisted in living independently and where a whole range of activities, with a lot of music, will be performed, with special attention being paid to integration. During the development of the house, Papageno is being assisted by specialists from the 's Heeren Loo care home, who shall play a permanent role as far as the temporary residents of the Papageno House are concerned. In addition to all the activities, such as concerts, discos, music therapy, fitness, etc., attention will also be paid to work experience and day care for young people with autism who will not actually move into the Papageno House.
